Gourmet Gorillas have had a busy few weeks, planning ahead whilst it is quiet in January, as we are looking forward to a bumper year in 2022.

We are excited to see bookings this year that were made 2 and 3 years ago and now is the time that our diary really begins to fill up for the rest of the year. During this quieter month we have taken the opportunity to get all the equipment PAT tested and all the gas appliances checked, as well as ensuring all our legal documentation is up to date and that we are compliant with anything COVID related. We want to continue to enjoy our 5 star hygiene rating, so all of this is really essential.

We have also taken the opportunity to review all of our menus and selections and are busy cooking then accepting or rejecting  sauces, pickles, slow cooked pork, canapes, chicken dishes, salads pizzas, pasta dishes  and new vegan choices, it may be dry January but no dieting at the Gorilla station!

We have also sourced sustainable plates, forks and serviettes whilst retaining all of our local food suppliers, who have really supported us well in providing fresh, local produce.
