Gourmet Gorillas were providing Wedding Catering in Codsall on Saturday.

The weather was great with none of the predicted showers. Gourmet Gorillas kicked off with a Hog roast at 4pm. Served with fresh rolls, stuffing and apple sauce. The vegetarian guests enjoyed, Vegetarian burgers and onions, asparagus and aubergine and Patatas Bravas. There was also a choice of chunky chips or French Fries for everyone, together with a green salad and home made coleslaw.

The Gorillas then had the Ice Cream Cart out. The selection of Henley Ice Creams was really flavoursome. Jaffa Cake, Banana Caramel, Cookies and Cream and Vanilla.

The Gorillas cleaned and tidies up and cleared the decks for the BBQ, to be served at 9pm.

There was a great selection. Cheese burgers with onions, Lamb Kofta, Pork Ribs, chicken tandoori, tomato, pepper and pineapple kebabs together with Halloumi and mushroom kebabs, served with freshly made potato salad.

A long day, but so enjoyable and the bride sent us her thanks the next day, saying how all the guests had commented on the food and how delicious it was.
